Troubleshooting Faults and Errors
Device Signal LossIf a device loses signal, it will automatically try to reconnect. However, if this happens frequently, consider:
• Moving the device to a location with better signal.• Installing a wireless repeater if interference levels in your home or area are high.
Internet Connectivity IssuesThese alarm panels require a constant internet connection. Occasionally, you might receive ARC monitoring faults if your internet provider conducts maintenance, typically at night.
To manage these notifications:
1. Go to Hub Settings and scroll down to System Integrity Check.2. Disable alerts for Cloud Platform, Wired Network, and Wi-Fi Errors.
Recommendation: Instead of disabling notifications, install a pre-paid SIM card in the alarm system. This provides a backup connection, ensuring the system continues to operate and send notifications during internet outages.
For additional support, consult your installer or Dahua’s official support resources.
